Carrots and Candy

If we want to eat Candy we better find fun ways to be with our Carrots.  This weeks audio warns women soaring that we need to boost our daily exercise and movement to a full hour a day.  That will just help us to MAINTAIN our healthy weight as we move through mid life and beyond.  So I suggest with a smile in my voice that you find yourself some fun toys or implements to help keep you hopping.  In the picture I display a fun carrot skipping rope that would encourage fun and easy way to up the heart beat and reduce the increasing flap.  I have included a link to a study put out by Harvard University on the effects of weight gain and middle aged women.

Fending off the flab that is the title of this news article and it is what spirited the audio for this week encouraging women to find FUN and easy ways to stay active.
